Had to Hoof It: Paramedic in Jetisu Reaches Patient on Horseback

In the Jetisu region, a paramedic had to ride a horse to reach a patient after severe weather made roads impassable, Orda.kz reports.
Last weekend, the dispatch service received an emergency call from a remote village in the Aqsu district. However, heavy rain had washed out the roads, preventing the ambulance from reaching the location.
A call came to one of the remote villages of Aqsu district. Heavy rain made travel very difficult, and the ambulance was unable to get to the village. A local resident, with his trusty horse, came to the aid of the paramedic,said the Jetisu regional ambulance service.
Other emergency responders later arrived to assist, ensuring the patient was safely transported to the hospital in time.
