Government Announces New School Project Funded by Recovered Assets
According to the Cabinet of Ministers, a new school will replace the aging facility in Rudnichny village, funded by assets recovered from Kazakhstani oligarchs.
The current school, built in 1969 and never renovated, serves over 140 students despite its deteriorating condition.
The building faces significant issues, including damaged heating systems and worn-out water and sewage pipes, with overall structural deterioration at 40%.

The new school is designed for 200 places with a preparatory mini-center for 30 places. In total, over a thousand people live in the village of Rudnichny, of which 241 are children of preschool and school age, writes the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers.
This project joins several other initiatives already announced by the government, including a kindergarten in Petropavlovsk, schools in Zhamansor village and Manadyr station, an Astana rehabilitation center for children with musculoskeletal disorders, a specialized nursery in Aqtobe, a sports complex in Zerenda village, and the completion of a multidisciplinary hospital in Ridder.
