Fincraft Resources Pays Out Dividends on Preferred Shares

JSC Fincraft Resources, owned by prominent Kazakh businessman Kenes Rakishev, has paid out ₸392.6 million in dividends on preferred shares for the period July 2024 to July 2025, Orda.kz reports.
According to the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), shareholders received ₸1 per share, paid in two tranches: ₸129.6 million on July 23 and ₸262.9 million on July 24.
Fincraft Resources is controlled by Fincraft Group LLP and BTA Bank JSC, both linked to Rakishev, who serves as president of Fincraft Group and chairs the board at Fincraft Resources.
Rakishev ranks 23rd on Kazakhstan’s Forbes list, with an estimated net worth of $435 million. His business interests span banking, oil and gas, education, and venture capital.
In March 2025, Fincraft Resources exited its investment in ARK Petroleum, an oil-producing firm.
