Education Ministry Reports on Infrastructure Support Fund Expenditures

The Education Ministry reported on the expenditure of funds from the Infrastructure Support Fund, replenished with assets confiscated from corrupt officials, Orda.kz reports.
To date, 61 schools with 74.4 thousand places have already been put into operation, of which 29 are located in rural areas.


In total, we financed the construction of 89 schools, which are designed for almost 100,000 student places, The Ministry of Education reported.
It is also planned to build 28 more educational institutions this year.
The Infrastructure Support Fund was created to address the problem of a shortage of places in schools.
Last year, the capital received most of the finances from the fund's reserve.
