Dimash Qudaibergen Named People’s Artist of Kyrgyzstan at “Meikin Asia” Festival

Kazakh singer and composer Dimash Qudaibergen has been awarded the honorary title of “People’s Artist of the Kyrgyz Republic,” Orda.kz reports.
The announcement came during the closing ceremony of the IV International Music Festival “Meikin Asia,” held on July 22 at the central hippodrome of the World Nomad Games in Cholpon-Ata.
The title was officially presented by Kyrgyz State Secretary Marat Imankulov, with the Minister of Culture, Information and Youth Policy Mirbek Mambetaliev also in attendance.
The award was granted by presidential decree, signed by Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov.
Dimash’s mother, Svetlana Aitbaeva, expressed gratitude on social media:
