December ICE Reports Shows 369 Kazakhstanis Could Face US Deportation
According to a November 2024 Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) report highlighted by Fox News, 369 Kazakhstanis face deportation orders from the United States.
The report details that 1,445,549 have deportation order statuses but are not currently in Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention.
The largest numbers come from Central American nations: Honduras (261,651), Guatemala (253,413), Mexico (252,044), and El Salvador (203,822).
The list includes citizens from China (37,908) and Central Asian states: Uzbekistan (975), Kyrgyzstan (319), Tajikistan (149), and Turkmenistan (40). The report also references individuals holding passports from defunct nations like the USSR and Yugoslavia, who are to be deported to successor states.
While these individuals remain free pending deportation, final decisions have been reached in their cases.
Kazakhstan's Foreign Ministry addressed the situation, noting that Fox News published this report on December 11, 2024, before Trump's presidential term began.
They clarified that the 369 Kazakhstani citizens would not fall under any new migration policies.
This information predates the new US migration policy, the Ministry's press service stated,
