Belarus Election: Lukashenko Secures Victory

The Central Election Commission (CEC) previously reported a voter turnout of 85.7%, Orda reports, citing TASS.
According to an exit poll conducted by the Belarusian Committee of Youth Organizations, incumbent President Alexander Lukashenko has won the presidential election with 87.6% of the votes.
Five candidates participated in the election.
The exit poll was conducted at 320 polling stations, with 11,948 participating.
For 70-year-old Alexander Lukashenko, this is his seventh presidential election. He has ruled Belarus since 1994.
