A court in Astana has found no grounds for an administrative offense in the case of a blogger who used profanity during filming, Orda.kz reports.
Reportedly, the actor had been charged with petty hooliganism, specifically for using profanity in public spaces.
In late March, he posted a clip from the series Ganyushkino Department on YouTube, showing his character using explicit language during a dialogue with another character. According to Vlast.kz, the blogger is Ali-Asker Baiguzhin. In the scene, Baiguzhin humorously portrays members of law enforcement, writes Vlast.kz.
He denied any wrongdoing, explaining that he was "in character" and that the profanity was part of a script provided by the director.
The blogger emphasized that it was his character, not himself personally, who was using the offensive language, and that he had no intention to insult anyone.
The court ruled in the actor’s favor and dismissed the case.
