Armenia has expressed support for the multimodal transport route Kazakhstan–Turkmenistan–Iran–Armenia, Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan said at the 11th meeting of the Armenian–Kazakh Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation, Orda.kz reports, citing NewsArmenia.
At the same time, cargo shipments are already being carried out along the China–Kazakhstan–Uzbekistan–Turkmenistan–Iran–Armenia route, which shows growing interest in expanding transport and logistics ties between our countries,Grigoryan stated.
According to him, these shipments could become regular, especially given the interest of Armenian entrepreneurs in the opportunities offered by the Khorgos International Center for Border Cooperation on the Kazakhstan–China border.
