After the heating season started, Aqtobe residents contacted the Akimat and media: the radiators in their apartments are not working, Orda.kz reports .
"Diapazon" reported on the Aqtobe residents' troubles. People wrote about being forced to use heaters when the temperature is below zero at night.
8 Marta Street, 18A, still has no heating because in the summer they didn't handle the problems with the basement pipes. All the people are sitting without heating, they turn on heaters, the lights go out, then they sit for hours without light. Now they say that there is a need to do major repairs in the basements. And what were they thinking in the summer? Who will be held accountable for such negligence? Where can we, the residents of this residential building, complain? After all, many have babies, it's freezing outside, and we have no heating, wrote Elena.
Complaints came from Voyenny Gorodok from residents on the streets of Kozenkova, Yeset Batyr, Chernyshevsky, Qonayev, Az Nauryz, etc.
The housing inspectorate has specified that there are 1,874 multi-apartment residential buildings in Aqtobe. 1,538 are connected to the district heating system of JSC Aqtobe Su-Energy Group, and 336 buildings are equipped with autonomous heating systems or individual boiler stations.
According to JSC Aqtobe Su-Energy Group, 1,538 residential buildings with district heating have been fully connected. However, according to the housing inspectorate, some multi-apartment residential buildings are still experiencing issues that arose when the heating was started.
Heating has been connected to all the houses, but there are local problems with the apartments, including problems with the readiness of the house, problems in the apartments themselves. A specialist from "Aqtobe Su-Energy Group" and the housing inspectorate respond to each request,Aigul Baimenova, the press secretary of the Aqtobe Akim, explained.
She stated that heating had already been provided in the residential buildings in Voyenny Gorodok and the residential building at 8 Marta, 18 "A."
However, two sections of the residential building still have issues; KSK specialists are working on them. As reported by the Akimat, specialists are also working at other addresses.
