Almaty: Exhibition of Afghan Goods Held

On October 20, a three-day exhibition of Afghan goods started at the Almaty business center "Atakent." Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan Serik Zhumangarin and Minister of Industry and Trade of Afghanistan Nureddin Azizi attended the official opening.
Afghan businesses presented carpets at the exhibition, as well as traditional clothing, jewelry, construction products, and antique weapons.
On October 22, Almaty will also host the Kazakh-Afghan business forum.
Afghan carpet makers gave Kazakh ministers a gift with the flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
