Allur and Jetour to Launch International Training Center in Kazakhstan for CIS Region
On April 21 in Shanghai, during the prestigious Auto Shanghai exhibition, Kazakhstan’s auto manufacturer Allur and the Chinese brand Jetour signed a strategic memorandum to establish a regional education initiative aimed at the CIS countries.
Auto Shanghai, first held in 1985, is one of the world’s largest automotive showcases, drawing top industry players, investors, and experts. At this year’s event, Allur and Jetour unveiled plans to launch an international training center focused on building professional expertise in vehicle distribution and technical services.
The training hub will be based in Kazakhstan at the Allur site, positioning the country as a central educational platform for the region. From Kazakhstan, the program will expand to neighboring markets, starting with a pilot project in Uzbekistan in 2025.
The curriculum will combine online theoretical training with hands-on practice at specialized facilities in cooperation with Allur. All training content will be tailored to local cultural and market specifics.
The initiative comes amid Jetour’s growing success in Kazakhstan. In the first quarter of 2025, Jetour became the top-selling Chinese auto brand in the country, with 3,103 units sold, capturing 6.62% of the market.
The training center will prepare sales professionals and technical experts, while also hosting marketing events, business forums, and continuing education programs. Beyond training, the partnership sets the stage for Allur and Jetour to expand operations in Uzbekistan, including the potential opening of dedicated retail outlets.
For Kazakhstan, the project represents not only a recognition of Allur’s professional capabilities but also a step toward establishing the country as a hub for exporting knowledge and training expertise. It reinforces Allur’s leadership in the region and supports the ongoing improvement of customer service standards in the rapidly expanding car market.
