Air Astana has once again suspended several flights to the Middle East due to the ongoing military conflict between Israel and Iran, Orda.kz reports.
The airline explained the decision as follows:
"Due to the escalation of the conflict in the Middle East, Air Astana is canceling a number of flights on June 24."
The affected flights include:
- KC205/206: Astana – Dubai – Astana
- KC897/898: Almaty – Dubai – Almaty
- KC551/552: Shymkent – Doha – Shymkent (charter)
Passengers on the cancelled flights will be able to rebook without additional fees or request a full refund.
The airline continues to closely monitor the situation and will consider resuming flights starting June 25 as the situation improves,
Air Astana stated.
The airline had previously suspended flights in response to earlier escalations in the region.
