Abay Region: Death in Prison Reported in Viral Video
The death of an incarcerated person under suspicious circumstances became known through a video circulated on social media, Orda.kz reports.
The description indicates that the incident occurred at Institution No. 20, where multiple injuries were found on the body. Police confirmed the death and opened a criminal case.
The suspect has been detained and placed in a punitive cell.
The necessary investigative actions are being carried out, aimed at a comprehensive and objective establishment of all the circumstances of the incident. Other information in the interests of the investigation is not subject to disclosure,
