3,000 Kazakhstanis May Be Called for Military Training in 2025

The training will last up to 30 days, as outlined in an order on the Open NPA portal.
Their jobs and average salary during training are to be maintained. Unemployed participants will receive payments equivalent to the minimum wage from the state. Evasion of the training will result in a fine of five MCI (monthly calculation indexes).
In 2025, three thousand people will be called up for military training in Kazakhstan.
The military personnel will be transported to the training site and back by rail or road. Meals during the training will be paid for from the Ministry of Defense budget, the department reported.
The training aims to enhance military units' combat and mobilization readiness and maintain them at reduced capacity during peacetime.
