Suspect in NCOC Manager Homicide in Pre-trial Detention

The Atyrau Investigative Court has approved the arrest of the suspect in the killing of an NCOC manager. The man has been placed in a pre-trial detention center, where he will remain until trial, Orda.kz reports.
The suspect is undergoing a mandatory 15-day quarantine, as required for all new detainees. After completing quarantine, he will be transferred to regular holding.
He was sent to a pre-trial detention center. Investigative actions are ongoing,
a relative of the victim said.
As a reminder, 46-year-old Bibigul Shpanova, the manager of the development planning department at NCOC, was killed in her apartment several days ago.
The suspect, a 37-year-old man, worked as a repair specialist in the residential complex where Shpanova lived.
