Wildlife cameras in Kazakhstan’s national parks have captured rare animals, Orda.kz reports.

In the Sartogai area of Charyn National Park, video footage showed a wild boar, roe deer, badger, jackal, and hare.

Meanwhile, a camera trap in the Ile-Balkhash State Nature Reserve recorded kulan, a species listed in Kazakhstan’s Red Book and on the IUCN Red List.

The kulan were first brought to Ile-Balkhash in 2022 from Altyn-Emel National Park. At that time, 50 animals were relocated.
