To receive the service, the user has to:
- Log in to the elicense.kz portal, go to the "Health" section – "Licensing of the activities" – "Pharmaceutical activity"
- Select the required subtype of activity, click on the "Next" button
- In the service passport, review the package of documents and click the "Order service online" button
- Select a licensor, fill in the necessary information, and pay the license fee
- Sign the application using an electronic digital signature or QR code.
The cost of obtaining a license is ten monthly calculation indices (MCI), and the registration process takes 15 working days. While reissuing a license will cost applicants 10% of the established rate and will take only three working days, said National Information Technologies JSC.
