In the Aqtobe region, Shakhtbau Kazakhstan LLP was fined for concealing taxable items, Orda.kz reports.
In October of this year, a fine of over two hundred thousand tenge was imposed, but prosecutors intervened in the case.
The law gives taxpayers 30 working days to correct violations. But the tax authorities imposed the fine prematurely, without waiting for the end of this period,
the supervisory authority noted.
The German investor no longer has to pay the fine, and the tax authorities have been brought to disciplinary accountability.
JSC Shakhtbau Kazakhstan is a subsidiary of two of the oldest German mining construction companies, Shakhtbau Nordhausen and Thyssen Shakhtbau.
