Snow and Frost: Weather Forecast for February 15

According to a forecast by Kazhydromet, precipitation is expected across most of Kazakhstan on Sunday, Orda.kz reports.
Snow and blowing snow are expected in the north and west, while rain and strong winds are expected in the south. The Zhetysu Region is expected to experience intermittent heavy snowfall in mountainous areas at night.
Rain is expected in the Aktobe and Turkestan Regions. Severe frosts will return to the east and north of the country.
Overall, forecasters are predicting fog, stronger winds and icy roads nationwide. A storm warning has been issued for 14 regions.
