Political scientist Kazbek Beisebayev discussed the problems in implementing national programs. In his opinion, they continue to inherit the traditions of the era of the first president, Orda.kz reports.
In his Facebook post, Beisebayev noted that many initiatives are being implemented without transparent reporting to society despite allocating significant budget funds.
He writes that one such program is the national project "Ulttykq Ruhani Jangyru," adopted three years ago to strengthen cultural identity and support young people's spiritual values. The project's budget for 2021-2025 is over 119 million tenge, with more than 20 million tenge annually allocated for 2024 and 2025.
Next year will be the final year for this project. Perhaps one of the deputies will be interested in its implementation, especially in terms of using budget funds? asks Beisebayev.
Beisebayev also pointed out that the program's implementation has moved from one department to another, but the tasks of modernizing public consciousness have remained unchanged.
The results are still in question.
