Toqayev Sends Letter to Putin Following State Visit

President Qasym-Jomart Toqayev has sent a letter to Russian President Vladimir Putin following his state visit to the Russian Federation, Orda.kz reports.
The atmosphere of warmth, trust, openness, and mutual understanding contributed to the complete success of the visit and was received with great joy by the people of Kazakhstan,Toqayev wrote.
He highlighted the signing of the Declaration on elevating interstate relations to the level of a comprehensive strategic partnership and alliance, noting that it will further strengthen cooperation between the two countries.
Toqayev’s two-day visit to Russia was among the most widely discussed events of the week.
