Toqayev Among First to Congratulate Lukashenko on Presidential Election Victory

In a phone call on January 27, Kazakhstan's President Qasym-Jomart Toqayev congratulated Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko on his win.
They discussed cooperation between their countries and exchanged views on international matters.
Toqayev was among the first to offer congratulations.
