5.6 Billion Tenge Allocated for Medical Facilities in East Kazakhstan

The government will allocate 5.6 billion tenge from a special state fund for the construction of medical facilities in East Kazakhstan, Orda.kz reports, citing the Cabinet of Ministers.

New buildings for the central hospitals in Urzhar and Ayagoz will be constructed and equipped with modern medical technology. Both facilities are expected to be commissioned later this year.

Previously, 2.6 billion tenge from the same fund was directed toward building a psychoneurological medical and social institution in Semey.
