Three Aqtau Residents Detained with Weapons and Drugs

Police and KNB officers detained three residents of Aqtau in possession of weapons and drugs, Orda.kz reports.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a traumatic pistol "Osa," a sawed-off shotgun, and three 16-gauge cartridges were seized during the arrest. One also had a package containing synthetic drugs.
The Ministry stated that all three are suspected of multiple offenses.
Their involvement in extortion, illegal storage and transportation of weapons and ammunition, fraud, drug trafficking and violent acts has been established, the Ministry of Internal Affairs said in a statement.
The detainees are currently being held in a temporary detention facility, and an investigation is ongoing.
