Right now everyone is talking about a new infection. There is no need to create a stir. We need to continue to develop cooperation with China
Toqayev stated.
Kazakhstan's Health Ministry has clarified that human metapneumovirus is not a novel virus, noting that it has been known to science for decades and is present in many countries.
The Ministry advised Kazakhstanis to take preventive measures and avoid crowded places, particularly those with chronic health conditions.
