The founder of the online marketplace Wildberries, Tatyana Kim, announced that she and her ex-husband, Vladislav Bakalchuk, have reached an agreement on mutual terms, Orda.kz reports.
The Moscow City Court has officially dismissed the case concerning the division of property between the former spouses after the two signed a settlement agreement.
Today, we finally put an end to the post-divorce property settlement process. We reached a settlement with my ex-husband on terms that suited both parties. I’m glad we were able to reach an agreement. That’s a mature position,
Kim wrote on her Telegram channel.
The court confirmed that the settlement was approved by an appellate ruling on November 6, 2025. As of publication, Bakalchuk had not commented on the decision, and the details of the settlement remain undisclosed.
The former couple’s business dispute dates back to June 2024, when Tatyana Kim announced the merger of Wildberries and Russ — a move her ex-husband opposed. Bakalchuk filed a lawsuit against Kim and both companies, demanding that the asset transfer be declared illegal.
The conflict soon escalated dramatically. A shootout near the Wildberries office in Moscow left two people dead and ten injured, including three police officers.
Kim described the incident as an attempted corporate raid, while Bakalchuk claimed he had come for negotiations and “didn’t expect a shooting.”
A video later circulated online showing Vladislav Bakalchuk sitting next to Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov, who vowed to “return Tatyana to her family.”
In April 2025, Moscow’s Savelovsky Court awarded Kim the remaining one percent stake in Wildberries, depriving Bakalchuk of his final share in the company.
